Southern California will mark the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks with a variety of events, including the unveiling of a new memorial in Huntington Beach.

The city will premiere its Sept. 11 memorial during a ceremony from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday outside City Hall, 2000 Main St.
