Basketball: Jockeys take on junior high kids in charity game

 Jockeys are some of the most courageous athletes around. But they're about to be tested. A group of jockeys riding at Santa Anita will take on middle school students from Arcadia Holy Angels in a charity basketball game on Thursday night at 7:15 p.m. at Pasadena La Salle High. Proceeds benefit the Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund and the Eye on Jacob Foundation. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. Tickets are $5 if you purchase two and fans will receive one general admission ticket to Santa Anita.
