No wonder Victoria Beckham is always so well-dressed.

Her husband, David, is once again soccer’s top-earning player, raking in $40 million annually, according to Forbes magazine.

The 35-year-old midfielder makes a large portion of that ginormous sum from sponsorship agreements with Adidas, Giorgio Armani and Motorola.

Beckham, however, is expected to lose major sponsorship money this year because he will miss the World Cup in South Africa after tearing his Achilles tendon in March.

I still doubt we’ll see Posh heading to Target anytime soon.

Next on Forbes’ list is Portuguese midfielder Cristiano Ronaldo, 25, who earns $30 million a year. He’s followed by Brazilian playmaker Kaka, 28, who makes $25 million annually.
