Well, things are clearing out here at Mt. San Antonio College. A great day for racing and some incredible times, from the freshmen class to the seniors.

A couple results I didn’t get to:

Corona del Mar won the Division III girls’ title, 49-53, over Orange Lutheran, which just seems to be getting stronger in every sport. Shelby Buckley of CdM finished first overall in 17:51, followed by Staci Foster of OLu in 17:56.

The Barstow boys’ team continued its dominance in Division III, placing its top six runners in the top 18 and finishing with 34 points, a 67-point margin of victory over runner-up Oak Park. Anthony Chavez (15:01) and Isaac Chavez (15:01) finished first and second overall for Barstow.

On to Fresno’s Woodward Park, above, and the state championships!
