We’ve seen a lot of great pitching performances over the last month and I was wondering: Who’s the best pitcher in the San Fernando Valley/North and City Section regions?

Eric Sondheimer helped me pick this list because I haven’t had the chance to see too many of these guys play. However, I’m planning to be behind the chain link fence on Friday when Hart plays host to Valencia in the battle of the Foothill League stars.
