Darol Salazar of Palm Desert won his 400th career coaching victory on Friday night when his team defeated Indio, 3-2, in nine innings.

What’s with the extra innings? Tom Meusborn of Chatsworth had to go 12 innings earlier this week to earn his 500th career coaching victory.

Earlier this season, Steve Gullotti of El Dorado won his 500th career victory.
