Stocks Dip but Dow Unchanged

NEW YORK —
Stocks closed mostly lower in a lackluster session today, although key market measures escaped with only slight losses.
The Dow Jones average of 30 industrials closed unchanged from Friday at 1,266.56.
New York Stock Exchange volume was about 79.93 million shares compared with 81.11 million shares Friday.
