Mini-Warehouse Project Finished in Orange County

The $3.5-million Trabuco Self Storage project at 25301 Trabuco Road in El Toro has been completed by Hedley Builders Inc. of Newport Beach.

The mini-warehouse space, designed by Beck Moffett Associates, consists of 600 individual units ranging in size from 24 to 300 square feet. The developer is Yelland Properties of Laguna Hills in partnership with Calder, Hughes & Co. and William Lyon Co., both of Newport Beach.
