Opening Held for First Phase of Corona Single-Family Homes

The first 20 homes have opened in McKinley Village, a project of 86 moderately priced single-family homes in Corona whose first phase is scheduled for occupancy Sept. 20.

The one-and two-story houses are offered in three floor plans and nine different exterior stylings, with two and three bedrooms and two and 2 1/2 baths in 935 to 1,361 square feet. Prices range from $82,900 to $96,400.

Standard features include vaulted ceilings and ceramic-tiled entries. Two plans include wood-burning fireplaces, optional in the third plan. The homes were designed by Architectural Enterprises of Laguna Hills.

Exterior amenities include front-yard landscaping and sprinkler system, rear- and side-yard fencing, concrete tile roofs, concrete drives and walks and attached garages with automatic door openers.

There is a $35 monthly homeowners association fee for care of common areas. Three models furnished by Bobbie Stearn of El Toro are open daily from 11 a.m. to dusk at 2384 Fan Palm Drive near Magnolia Avenue.
