Beachport Condominiums Open in Port Hueneme

One of the remaining beach-oriented properties on the Gold Coast of Ventura County, opens this weekend as the Beachport condominium community at 755 Island View Circle in Port Hueneme.

The R. L. Hertel-Constructors Inc. project features two- and three-bedroom, two-bath units, sized from 1,217 to 1,537 square feet, with prices ranging from $120,000 to $225,000 and a $157 homeowners’ association fee.

Amenities include wood-burning fireplaces, kitchen built-ins, security fence and gate system, professional landscaped and maintained greenbelt with promenade walks, and a private 12,000-square-foot recreation center that includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna and separate children’s activity area.

There will be 40 units in the first phase and early buyers will be able to select ocean-view oriented plans.
