Covina : Meeting on Parking Plan
The Parking Board on Nov. 6 will again discuss a plan to impose a 100% surcharge on licenses for businesses within the downtown vehicle-parking district to help pay for the acquisition and construction of parking lots downtown.
The City Council returned the plan to the board to seek comments from the local Chamber of Commerce and downtown merchants.
