A San Bernardino County man who walked into the Merced County Jail and said he had killed his ex-wife was arrested on suspicion of murder after he told officials where to find her body. Michael Ray Colston, 35, of Rancho Cucamonga was taken to San Bernardino County Jail after Merced County sheriff’s deputies relayed the confession. Merced County Sheriff’s Sgt. Hector Garaby said Colston told officials that his ex-wife’s body was in a field near their home. San Bernardino investigators found the body of Audrey Colston, 33, and ordered an autopsy. She was reported missing Saturday by her co-workers after she left work on Friday and promised to return within a few minutes.
