Single-Family Concordia Classics Homes Hold Opening in Riverside

Concordia Classics, a new residential community of single-family detached homes by Concordia Development Corp., opens this weekend at 12820 Tehama Circle in Riverside.

The one- and two-story homes with three or four bedrooms and up to three baths are priced from $98,990 to $120,990, with square footage ranging from 1,244 to 1,840 in three versatile floor plans.

All models have concrete roof tiles with exterior architectural detailing in brick or stone with extensive use of wood trim. Interior spaces have vaulted ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace equipped with glass door and gas log lighter.

Home buyers at Concordia Classics have access to a park within the residential development, which provides a community center, a tot lot, volleyball court, barbecues and picnic tables. The homeowners’ association fee is $28. Three furnished models and sales information center are open daily from 10 a.m. to dusk.
