Season’s Fourth Hurricane Moves South of Bermuda

MIAMI —
A late-season tropical storm became the fourth hurricane of the season Thursday but continued moving into the open Atlantic south of Bermuda. An Air Force reconnaissance plane measured the storm’s peak winds at near 75 m.p.h.
