Faulty Seal on Fuel Tank Delays Airliner for 3 Hours

KANSAS CITY, Mo. —
A plane en route to Seattle with 91 passengers and six crew members aboard returned to Kansas City International Airport on Tuesday because of a faulty seal on a fuel tank, a spokesman for Eastern Airlines said. The flight was delayed for nearly three hours while the problem was corrected.
