Retail Center in Moorpark Now 60% Leased

The $5-million Moorpark Plaza, Moorpark’s first neighborhood retail shopping center, is now 60% leased.

The center has 40,000 square feet of retail space and 15,000 square feet of office space. Tenants include Round Table Pizza, 7-Eleven and Wendy’s, according to commercial broker Grubb & Ellis’ Ventura office, which is the exclusive leasing agent.

The project, located at 530 E. Los Angeles Ave., is expected to open in May.
