The two programs that air opposite each other on Thursday nights, “The Cosby Show” on NBC and “Our World” on ABC, were at opposite ends of the weekly network-TV ratings issued Tuesday by the A. C. Nielsen Co. “Cosby,” “Family Ties,” “Cheers,” “Golden Girls” and “60 Minutes” were in the 1-5 spots, while the bottom five shows (in descending order) were “Starman,” “The Wizard,” “Waco & Rhinehart” (an ABC Friday movie), “Spies” and “Our World.” NBC won the week, CBS was second, and ABC was third. In news, “NBC Nightly News” with Tom Brokaw barely won the week with an 11.5 rating and 22 share. “CBS Evening News” with Dan Rather was next with an 11.4 rating and 22 share and “ABC World News Tonight” with Peter Jennings had a 10.8 rating and 20 share.
