Kenner Parker Toys Inc. said a Massachusetts Supreme Court judge denied a motion by New World Entertainment Ltd. to vacate the preliminary injunction imposed last week by a Massachusetts Superior Court against New World. The injunction bars New World from buying Kenner Parker stock either on the open market or pursuant to its tender offer of $47 per share.
