Jose Luis Ramirez retained his World Boxing Council lightweight title with a fifth-round knockout of Cornelius Boza-Edwards at Paris.
Ramirez, 28, recorded his 100th victory against five losses while making his first successful defense of the WBC lightweight title he has held twice.
Boza-Edwards, a native of Uganda who now is a British citizen, fell to 45-7-1.
