Costa Mesa : Human Services Office Moves From Santa Ana
After nine years in Santa Ana, the Community Development Council, the nonprofit agency that offers human service programs to Orange County’s low and fixed-income residents, has moved its operations and administration offices to Costa Mesa.
The move Friday consolidated the council’s two offices in Santa Ana and will provide more efficient service, said Clarence Ray, CDC interim president. The new offices will be open for services Monday.
The old office at 2221 S. Standard St. was difficult to get to by bus and had no parking facilities, Ray said. The new office, located in a low-rise building at 1695 W. MacArthur Blvd., is on a bus line and has plenty of parking.
