Los Angeles Schools Consider Pros, Cons of Year-Round Schedules

It is my opinion that the whole school district is crazy. Having school year-round is an awful idea. I am a concerned student.
I feel that having school year-round is going to increase crime considerably. Furthermore, students will be cutting school in order to be with friends who are in different tracks. Can anybody stop this before it is too late?
