Harry C. Harper has been named senior vice president of Hershey Oil Corp., Pasadena. He continues as Hershey’s secretary and general counsel. Derwin H. Booker has been named to the newly created post of vice president-lands. Booker previously managed the land department of Great Basins Petroleum Co. and its successor, Century Production Inc.
