Did Anyone Think of Insurance?
With regard to your article, “Residents Oppose County Plan to Remove 326 Diseased Carob Trees,” (Times, Jan. 24), has anyone considered having the United Homeowners Assn. provide liability insurance, naming Los Angeles County as the additional insured?
