Nepalese King Asks Hindus for Harmony

KATMANDU, Nepal —
King Birendra of Nepal called for solidarity among the globe’s 650 million Hindus on Friday as he opened the World Hindu Conference.
About 1,200 participants from 19 countries attended the opening ceremony of the four-day meeting in Katmandu.
