13 Hurt in Toxic Gas Leak

MT. VERNON, Ala. —
A chlorine gas leak at a chemical plant formed a toxic cloud that engulfed a Norfolk Southern Railroad work crew, sending 13 people to the hospital, officials said. The cause of the gas leak Monday was not known.
