Tustin-based Arnold-Pacific Properties officially broke ground this week on an 18-acre project in Colton that the developer says will be the largest shopping center of its kind in that area. Plans call for Colton Courtyard, located off the Riverside (215) Freeway, to have 165,000 square feet of retail space anchored by an Albertson's market, Payless Drug Store and Sprouse-Reitz variety store.
