Hector (Macho) Camacho of New York, a former world champion in two divisions, stopped junior welterweight Rick Souce of Canada in the fourth round of a scheduled 10-round bout Saturday night at San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Referee Mariano Soto halted the fight after Souce suffered a deep cut over the left eyebrow. He was already bleeding from the nose and his left cheek was badly bruised.
