Assembly Speaker Brown’s Chartered Jet Proposal
At one time or another, we have all experienced frustrations in traveling between Los Angeles and San Diego. And I am sure we have all wished we had a private jet to relieve those frustrations. But the solution is to upgrade the existing trains, just like the service which runs hourly between Washington, D.C., and New York. These trains are fast, clean, efficient and are powered by electricity for cleaner air.
