Trade School Sues Student Aid Officials: United Education & Software, an Encino trade school operator, filed a $10-million lawsuit against four officials of the California Student Aid Commission. The suit filed in the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, charges Samuel M. Kipp III, the commission’s executive director, and three other officials with making false statements to several banks regarding the eligibility of National Technical Schools, a computer mail-order school owned by UES, for the federal student loan program.
