Autodesk Wins Anti-Piracy Injunction: The Sausalito, Calif., company won a preliminary injunction in federal court in Los Angeles Thursday against American Business Programs of Lompoc. Autodesk charged that American Business Programs was copying and selling its AutoCad program, a software program used for computer-aided design by engineers and architects. (Filed Oct. 30, 1989, Case No. CV89-6308-IH)
