With Design in Mind May Sell More Stock, Warrants
With Design in Mind International, a Chatsworth maker of upscale electronic toys and other home-entertainment items for adults, said it might offer additional stock and warrants to the public to raise about $4 million.
The company, which disclosed the possible sale in a filing with the federal Securities and Exchange Commission, did not say how many shares and warrants it might sell. A warrant gives its holder the right to buy a certain number of shares at a set price within a specified time.
With Design in Mind’s stock trades over-the-counter for between 3 and 6 cents a share. The company had sales of $8.2 million in its fiscal year that ended Sept. 30, Vice President Barry Benjamin said.
