Forty townhouses and condominiums in the second phase of Mira La Paz in Bernardo Heights in San Diego will be sold at auction by Kennedy-Wilson Inc., Santa Monica, beginning at 1 p.m. Sept. 9.

North Poway
Forty-eight two-acre custom home lots in the final phase of Green Valley Estates in North Poway will be auctioned Sept. 9 by Kennedy-Wilson Inc.
Minimum bids range from $220,000 to $260,000, representing 40% of the developer’s last asking prices, according to a spokeswoman for the auction firm.
The sales office at Green Valley Estates is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at Lot 72 on Lake Poway Road, reached from the eastbound Rancho Bernardo Road exit of the Escondido (15) Freeway.
Green Valley Estates is a 177-acre gated residential project development by Berman Investment Group Inc.
