Southwestern Bell declared a quarterly cash dividend of 71 cents a share, payable May 1 to shareholders of record April 10. The dividend was increased from 69 cents a share . . . The Treasury said it plans to sell $10.75 billion worth of 52-week bills next Thursday to raise $950 million . . . The Investment Company Institute reported that the assets of the nation’s 546 money market mutual funds decreased by $1.93 billion to $471.25 billion for the week ended March 27.
