FREEWAY REPAIRS

Caltrans advises motorists that it has scheduled the following freeway work in the Southeast and Long Beach area this week. Repair locations are spotted on the map by number and are identified below by the nearest city or cities.

ARTESIA FREEWAY (91)

1. Cerritos: Westbound on-ramp at 183rd Street; 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.

HARBOR FREEWAY (110)

2. Carson: Southbound No. 4 lane from the Torrance Boulevard off-ramp to the Torrance Boulevard on-ramp; 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday; guard rail repair.

3. Carson: Connector road from the northbound Harbor Freeway (110) to the eastbound Artesia Freeway (91); 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. today; guard rail repair.

4. San Pedro: Connector road from the northbound Harbor Freeway (110) to the eastbound Terminal Island Freeway (47); 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday; patching.

LONG BEACH FREEWAY (710)

5. Bell: Northbound No. 1 lane from Slauson Avenue to Atlantic Boulevard; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday; barrier wall repair.

6. Vernon: Southbound No. 1 lane from Washington Boulevard to Atlantic Boulevard; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday; barrier wall repair.

POMONA FREEWAY (60)

7. Industry: Westbound No. 5 lane from 7th Avenue to Crossroads Parkway, plus the 7th Avenue on-ramp; 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.

8. Montebello: Eastbound No. 1 lane from Paramount Boulevard to San Gabriel Boulevard; 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday; glare screen repair.

9. Montebello: Eastbound No. 1 lane from Markland Avenue to Paramount Boulevard; 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

10. Whittier Narrows: Eastbound No. 1 lane from San Gabriel Boulevard to Rosemead Boulevard; 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.

SAN DIEGO FREEWAY (405)

11. Carson: Southbound on-ramp at Avalon Boulevard; 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. today; landscaping.

12. Long Beach: Connector road from the northbound San Diego Freeway (405) to the southbound Long Beach Freeway (710); 5 a.m. to noon today; guard rail repair.

SAN GABRIEL RIVER FREEWAY (605)

13. Downey/Norwalk: Southbound No. 4 and 5 lanes from the Santa Ana Freeway (5) junction to Firestone Boulevard, plus the Florence Avenue on-ramp and Firestone Boulevard off-ramp; 6 a.m. to noon today; marker repair.

SANTA ANA FREEWAY (5)

14. Commerce: Northbound No. 4 lane at the Garfield Avenue on-ramp; 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. today; bridge repair.

15. Downey: Southbound No. 3 and 4 lanes from Lakewood Boulevard to the San Gabriel River Freeway (605) junction, the southbound Santa Ana Freeway (5) connector to the northbound and southbound San Gabriel River Freeway (605), plus the Lakewood Boulevard off-ramp and on-ramp, and the Florence Avenue on-ramp; 6 a.m. to noon today.

16. La Mirada: Northbound No. 4 lane from Artesia Boulevard to Rosecrans Avenue; 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday; landscaping.

17. Los Angeles: Northbound No. 5 lane from Calzona Street to Esperanza Street; 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. today; sign repair.

18. Norwalk: Northbound and southbound No. 1 lanes from Rosecrans Avenue to Carmenita Road, plus the northbound off-ramp at Firestone Boulevard; 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. today; maintenance.
