Swartout Wins 1,650 in Junior Olympic Swim

Ben Swartout of the Buenaventura Swim Club won the 1,650-yard freestyle in 15 minutes 18.2 seconds at the National Junior Olympics in Dallas on Saturday.
Swartout set a Junior Olympics record in the 500 freestyle Friday and was named swimmer of the meet.
