MRS. MOM: Sandra Earnest of Laguna Niguel wasn’t sure she could win a beauty pageant: She’s 43, and has given birth to 10 children--ages 4 to 21. But last week she was crowned Mrs. California, and will head to Texas in August for the Mrs. U.S.A. pageant. “My career is my family,” the former model says. “I entered to help promote the idea that families are important.” How does she prepare for the national competition? “I’ve got to work out more. Those other women are in their 20s; I’ve had 10 kids!”
