The expansion program will focus on Mexico, Singapore and China.

Foodmaker said that Ta-Tung (Tony) Wang has been named president of Foodmaker’s international operations to oversee the expansion. Wang, 47, most recently headed W.R. Grace & Co.’s food services division.
