Today Is Deadline to Register to Vote Nov. 3
Today is the last day to register to vote in California for the Nov. 3 general election.
To register, you must be a U.S. citizen, at least 18 years old and a state resident for 29 days before the election. Residents who have changed their address, want to switch political party membership or are new U.S. citizens must register before they can vote.
Those wishing to register may do so at the Los Angeles County voter registration office until midnight. Mail-in forms are also available at most county offices, city halls, Department of Motor Vehicles offices, public libraries, post offices, banks, chambers of commerce, senior citizen centers and high schools.
Forms must be dated no later than today and mailed to the voter registration office at 5557 Ferguson Drive, City of Commerce, CA 90022. They must be received by Friday.
