Village Christian 11, Marshall Fundamental 10--With two minutes to play, Village Christian (6-0, 1-0) junior Mike Spielman threw a six-yard touchdown pass to tight end J.B. McLeod on a halfback option to bring the Crusaders to within 10-9 at Pasadena City College. Tarik Blair, who rushed for 107 yards in 22 carries, then ran for a two-yard conversion.
