Baseball owners will decide on Dec. 7 whether to reopen their collective bargaining agreement with the players’ association, a move that might lead to another lockout. Milwaukee Brewer owner Bud Selig, the chairman of the executive council and management’s Player Relations Committee, said a special major league meeting on the issue will be held at Louisville, Ky., site of the winter meetings.
