In “Dodge City,” (Three on the Town, Oct. 25) Patt Morrison warns that being a Good Samaritan can kill you. We must be careful what we say to strangers because it might be taken the wrong way.
I was put in an awkward position a few years ago. I was driving on the freeway and a man was trying to get my attention. Since there had been numerous freeway shootings, I ignored the driver. He persisted and I finally acknowledged him. He only wanted to let me know that my car door was not shut all the way.
