SOUNDING BIG: Orange County is big and getting bigger, the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency argues in an attempt to lure investors for its toll road construction bonds. Facts that it has put together: The county is ninth nationwide in median household income--$41,179--and fourth highest in density--3,107 people per square mile--even ahead of Los Angeles. . . . The agency predicts that the coastal South County toll road, proposed for 1997, will carry 116,000 cars a day by 2010.
