Pacoima Man Fatally Stabbed; Assailant Remains at Large
A Pacoima man was stabbed to death and his suspected attacker remained at large Sunday, authorities said.
Police responding to a report of an armed assault Saturday night found Francisco Roman, 44, being attended by paramedics as he lay in the front yard of a house in the 10600 block of Tamarack Avenue, Los Angeles Police Sgt. Frank Reynoso said.
Roman had been arguing with another man who then stabbed Roman once in the upper body, Reynoso said. Roman was taken to Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills where he died.
Police identified Roman’s assailant as a 22-year-old Pacoima man, who remained at large Sunday.
The subject of the two men’s argument was not known, Reynoso said.
