Bill Mitchell, a Tustin attorney, has been elected president of the board of Career Beginnings, a program in Santa Ana for bringing business professionals and disadvantaged high school students together. Mitchell, who has been involved with the program for seven years, will oversee the group’s transition from an advisory board to a nonprofit organization.
