New Del Taco Executive: William Pierquet has joined Orange-based Del Taco, the Mexican-style fast food chain, as vice president of development. Real estate, construction facilities and franchise development offices are now reporting to Pierquet, who lives in Laguna Hills with his wife, Sandra, and their two children.
