Black Business Expo: More than 300 businesses and corporations are expected to attend the 7th annual Los Angeles Black Business Expo, Saturday and Sunday, (April 29 and 30) in the West Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center. “Celebrating the Spirit of Unity” is the theme of this year’s event which will include exhibit booths, seminars, job recruitment and jazz and gospel performances. Hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Admission is $6 for adults and $3 for students and senior citizens.
