Grace Unit to Open Oxnard Dialysis Center
A unit of W. R. Grace & Co. plans to open an outpatient kidney dialysis center in Oxnard next month.
National Medical Care Inc., a clinic operator that is owned by Grace, will open a state-of-the-art outpatient center for those needing dialysis treatments.
A staff of 12 to 15 will operate the clinic, sources said. The facility is due to open in mid-May.
The clinic will be in the McGrath Business Campus on Holser Street, across from St. John’s Regional Medical Center. National has taken a 10-year lease on the site, according to CB Commercial Real Estate Group in Ventura, which represented both the clinic and the property’s owner, the McGaelic Group.
