View of City Hall

* The empty lot in the Civic Center at First and Broadway does not blemish Downtown (May 6). Construction there will destroy the last good view of City Hall. The mass of City Hall East destroyed the view from the east. The Criminal Courts Building destroyed the view from the northwest. The only remaining unobstructed views will be of the side from the north and south. The empty lot serves an aesthetic purpose and should remain undeveloped.
