Tokos Medical Corp.: The Santa Ana provider of obstetrical home-care services posted a net loss of $11.8 million, or 68 cents a share, for 1995, compared with a year-earlier net loss of $5.9 million, or 34 cents a share for 1994. The company said the 1995 results included a $4.3 million charge related to an out-of-court settlement of litigation in the second quarter and $2.5 million in costs associated with the company’s efforts to reduce expenses. Revenue declined 13% to $87.5 million from $100.7 million. In the fourth quarter, Tokos lost $2.1 million, or 12 cents a share, compared with a loss of $2.4 million loss, or 14 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Revenue was down 15% to $20.5 million from $24 million.
