Colleges / Campus scene : Job Development Center Starts Work
The Santa Ana WORKS Center, which focuses on work force development, is now open at the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center.
The center, operated by Rancho Santiago College, Santa Ana’s Private Industry Council, the state’s Employment Development Department and the Orange County Social Services Agency, was created to help people who are unemployed or underemployed. It also helps employers find personnel.
Services include job training, job development, career evaluation and counseling. The center is at 1000 E. Santa Ana Blvd., Santa Ana. Information: (714) 564-6987.
